You will receive instant access to your online training course once you have successfully completed the checkout. We send your login details for the course, along with a receipt for your payment straight away to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure you therefore use the correct email address at checkout.

At Oplex Careers our courses are online and can be studied your own pace, without any strict deadlines for completion throughout the duration of your course subscription.

There is no age requirement to join the online training courses here at Oplex Careers. Assuming that you can keep up with the learning material and study at your own pace, you shouldn’t have problem learning.

You will have access to a course for 12 months from the date of joining. Should you need to extend your course after such time, just contact you tutor.

In the unlikely event that you should fail an assignment, your tutor will give you the ability to retake the assignment if you do not successfully pass the first time round. They will give you guidance on how you can improve your work and achieve a higher grade.

The majority of our courses conform to the universally accepted Continuing Professional Development (CPD) standards and code of learning. CPD is recognised nationally across the United Kingdom and internationally around the world, thus the CPD Award should be recognised by academic institutions, public organisations and private companies. Your certificate will contain the Oplex Careers CPD Award.


Yes. Once you have finished the course you will receive a certificate to showcase your new skills and certifications.

This certificate will be sent to you via email in PDF format once you have completed the course. Hard copies of certificates are available for an additional £9.99

Yes, we can print your certificate. We offer hard copy certificates for £9.99. We will produce your certificate on premium certificate paper and add our official seal embossed.

Certificates are sent out in first class post within 3-5 working days.

Yes, you can order a transcript of your course units. We offer course transcripts for £9.99

Certificates generally take between 1-3 working days to be produced, but can be longer during busy periods. This certificate will be sent to you via email in PDF format once you have completed the course. Hard copies of certificates are available for an additional £9.99.

No. The course price you see listed is the only cost you have to pay to study the course. There are no hidden fees or anything like that.

When you finish the course, you will be awarded with a PDF certificate of achievement which you can print out yourself. Or if you require us to print the certificate on hard copy, you can pay an optional £9.99.

Other than that, there are no additional costs or fees whatsoever.

The course fee will be clearly listed on the course page under price.

The course fee is a one-time payment only.


Yes. We offer a 14 days peace of mind guarantee. As long as you haven’t logged into the course, you can get a full no questions asked refund within the first 14 days after ordering.
